I ended up having to get my tattoo another day because they wanted to close after us knowing it was only 3 in the afternoon I came back to do mine and simple 3 flowers and I have so many lines. Horrible healing process and I know that can be being her first tattoo but it was bad then my husband got our sons name some on his arm from junior and not even weeks later you would of thought the tattoo was over a year old. My husband and me and my cousin when to get tattoos my cousin got hers done and it was supposed to be in Infinity with our grandfather and the day he pass with it and thats not what she got.

Wouldnt recommend to anyone not even your first tattoo. most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had.Side note: I understand if a shop won’t do tongue piercings right now given COVID, but all the staff should be aware of that so misinformation isn’t given to potential clients, and it does not excuse the in professionalism of the staff at all. Once again they all looked at each other and finally one said “we don’t do those.” At this point we’re pretty annoyed at the horrible customer service so we just walked out. Finally one of the staff members looked at her (nonverbal response still) and she asked if she could get her tongue done - which she had already confirmed on the phone twice that she could have done. My friend had to say “hello” two times before any of the staff responded to her. We went back in and once again the staff ignored us. I went back to the car and told my friend they were open to come in. Finally one of the girls said “yeah” and then continued to not offer me any help. When I came in, all 3 of the employees in the room ignored me and no one offered to help me so I asked “are you open or not?” No one answered me and instead they all just looked at each other and waited for someone else to respond. We didn’t want to bother them if they were trying to close, so my friend stayed in the car and I popped in to ask if they were still open (since they were supposed to be for another 4 hours). He looks at us, rolls his eyes, and reopens it. There are two employees inside and as we’re pulling up a third employee is locking the door. The “Closed” sign is hung up on the door and the neon “Open” sign is turned off. Well on Saturday we showed up at 3, and the shop is open til 7.

We figured it was probably just a slow day so they closed early. She had already tried going earlier in the week - the shop advertises it is open til 7 (which she also confirmed with them on the phone) and she went at 6 and it was closed. At this point, she had called the shop twice to confirm they could do a tongue piercing for her and was told that they could. I went with a friend this past Sunday for a piercing.
